5 Ingredient Energy Balls

These are so simple and fast to whip up as an easy snack for lunch or just munching in general. It also doesn’t have any processed sugars which is always a plus.

[Ingredients]

  • 9 dates, pitted
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • [Method]
    1. Measure out all your ingredients and place the in a food processor until combined.
    2. Roll out little balls with the paste and place them in the fridge to set for 30 an hour.
    3. Pack them in your lunch box or just eat them. They can be stored for up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge.
